Remain active. Every day, you should do something that keeps you active. Go for a walk or a hike, do Yoga, or play a sport. Maybe meet your old friends over a glass of lemonade. Just keep yourself moving. Physical activity will increase your energy levels and will make you feel good about yourself.
Simplify your schedule
If your schedule is too hectic, your life will be full of stress. Simplify it by making fewer commitments. You only need to do the essential ones. If you have already committed to things that aren’t beneficial to you, get out of them slowly. Have fun. You can’t be working all the time.
Cultivate one good habit a month
Improving your health will contribute to your overall sense of well-being and reduce stress. Quit smoking, develop healthy eating habits, learn to cook and enjoy your meals. That one good habit can be anything that gives you peace.
Do something which calms you down.

Eliminate things that you don’t use. Clutter causes a great deal of distraction. By simply de-cluttering your space, you can make it healthier and more productive.
This can be difficult, but it is not impossible. If you are always late, that can be the number one cause of your stress. Start early to reach early. Also, schedule a little free time between events.
